Fixed Rate Share Certificate of Deposit Secured:
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be the dividend rate being paid on the Share Certificate of Deposit (CD) offered as security (index) plus a margin of 2%. The APR will never be less than 6.0%. The approximate term of the advance may not exceed the term of the CD offered as security. The APR and Daily Periodic Rate (DPR) will be disclosed on the Voucher at the time of the advance.
Minimum Payment:
The amount and due date of your payment will be established at the time of each advance and will be disclosed on the Voucher accompanying the advance. Your minimum monthly payment will never be less than $50.00.
Collection Costs:
You agree to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this Agreement, including attorney fees not to exceed 10% of the amount of principal plus interest and all court costs.
Late Payment Fee:
A late payment fee of $10.00 will be assessed on any payment that is 15 or more days past due.
Credit Disability Insurance:
If you select this insurance coverage, cost will be calculated at $0.19 per $100.00 of your monthly loan balance.Credit
Life Insurance:
If you select this insurance coverage, cost will be calculated at $0.80 per $1,000 of Single Life Coverage and $1.40 per $1,000 for Joint Credit Life.
